Roommate needed

I am Sajan Lingala, and will be moving into the Phd program of BME during the fall semester.

I am looking to share a 2 Bedroom apt at Seville. Below are the details.

1. Rent: 370-390$ per month including electricity and rental insurance

2. Un furnished, but do include basic appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coin-operated laundry on 1st floor of each building). Heat, ac, water, and 1 assigned parking space are included in the rent.

3. Security deposit of 360$ on signing the lease
