The apartment has an enormous dining space, very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful patio that looks particularly welcoming over the summers. The apartment would be equipped with tv, free cable, and free high speed internet. Gas. water, trash and snow removal is all INCLUDED in the rent.  There are two washrooms. Washer/dryer in the apartment unit. The apartment is right in the middle of 3 bus stops and so very easy for transportation. WALKING DISTANCE to UIOWA HOSPITALS, Kinnick Stadium and downtown ! Free parking space available. Lot of greenery to look out on from the patio. The other two bedrooms will have two excellent and friendly girls who may not be around most of the time.
