I am looking for a female subleaser from June 1st to July 31st. I am located at 1000 West Benton, Iowa City. I am looking to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent per month is $ 357.5 . Central heating and air conditioning are included in the rent. Additionally utilities and internet-cable add to $25 for each person. On site laundry is available. My hometown is Delhi in India. A brief description follows:
An excellent large bedroom in a beautiful and very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The room has a walk in closet. The apartment has a nice big living room available with a big couch. The apartment has a free parking space. Washer/dryer in the apartment unit. The apartment building is in the middle of 2 bus stops and so very easy for transportation. WALKING DISTANCE to UIOWA HOSPITALS, Kinnick Stadium research facilities, and downtown. Also the nearest cambus stop(these are buses that circle the university campus and are free) is a 10 minute walk from the Apartments. Free parking space available. The apartment complex has two well maintained swimming pools. The building has secure entrances so no issues about safety. I am happy to discuss your needs and concerns.
