I have one room available (vacant) in a two bedroom/living room/kitchen/1 bath apartment, at Seville Apartments, Iowa city, IA - 52246. The apartment share (1 bath shared) will be available for "Summer only", starting from 10th May, 2011 to 30th August, 2011 (Negotiable). Rent per month is $357. Heating/Cooling, Water utilities have been included in the rent. Washer/Dryer located just outside of the apartment. The apartment has fridge, heater, microwave and internet already installed. A monthly charge for electricity will be approximately $30 shared by 2 persons ($15 per person). Same charges for the internet facility. The apartment/bedroom is fully furnished. Reserved parking available. The location is close to the University of Iowa Hospitals (5-7 minutes walk) and to Iowa city Downtown (15 minutes walk). Iowa city transit bus stop is located exactly in front of the apartment location, and UIOWA bus stop at 5-7 minutes walking distance. As I will be sharing the apartment, there is no sublet processing fee, but the background-check process will be applied. Please contact me if interested.
