Hi, we have a lovely 2 BR condo in Coral courts that is vailable for sublease as my current roomie got engaged and is relocating. The condo is available for grabs immediately. If you have ur own internet and would like to transfer it, that would be great for me too! We have the lease till next june. You can renew it if you want to continue with the lease too. The condo comes with 2 parking slots (ie one garage & 1 open parking). It has in unit washer/dryer and most of the amenities that come with a condo.
