Hi, we have a lovely 2 BR condo in Coral courts that is vailable for sublease as my current roomie got engaged and is relocating. The condo is available for grabs immediately. If you have ur own internet and would like to transfer it, that would be great for me too! We have the lease till next june. You can renew it if you want to continue with the lease too. The condo comes with 2 parking slots (ie one garage & 1 open parking). It has in unit washer/dryer and most of the amenities that come with a condo. I am looking for someone who is relaxed and fun going but also responsible. If you are interested, please send me a quick note with a little about yourself and your potential move in date. Very close to the shopping mall too. We have a few gyms nearby too(walking distace). No pets please! And by the way, I am 26 and an engineer.
