There is a washer-dryer unit within the building. There is free offstreet parking and a parking lot behind the apartment. The apartment is close to the bus stop and the highway. And are run by two Iowa City buses every half hour and a cambus from the stop just opposite to the highway from Studio Arts Building at every 20 mins.
