I am looking to share a 2 Bedroom apt at Seville apartment (E#116) starting from 1st August,2012.
Below are the details:-
1. Rent: 370-390$ per month including electricity and rental insurance.
2. Unfurnished, but do include basic appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coin-operated laundry on 1st floor of each building).
Heat, A/C, water, and 1 assigned parking space are included in the rent.
3. Security deposit of 370$ and signing the lease.
