Other potentially relevant information - I want to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for the spring semester from Jan-July asap to any suitable female (undergraduate - graduate student, professional). The sublease period ends on 28th July, 2011. Its a spacious room with a big closet, ceiling fan with 3 fitted lights and several power plug joints. Its a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, there is dishwasher, microwave and cooking range in the apartment. The heat, water, garbage disposal, trash and snow removal are paid by the owner and the tenant has to pay only for the electricity, internet and cable. The apartment has an offstreet parking.The living room is absolutely furnished. The apartment is close to the bus stop and the highway. And are run by two buses at every half an hour intervals and a cambus from the stop just opposite to the highway from Studio Arts Building at every 20 mins. The subleaser wont need to pay the rent for Jan, 2011 and if needed can have all my furnitures for free that includes a twin size bed with box springs, nice fitted comfy stool, etc. My roommate is also an Indian and she is very pleasant, friendly and approachable and respects others privacy and space.Hope to hear back from someone genuinely interested pretty soon.
