The rent per month is 313 dollars and this includes, high speed internet (with an option of two different networks in fact!), cable, gas, water, trash removal. On site laundry. My hometown is Delhi and Kolkata in India. A brief description follows:

For 313 dollars per month, an excellent large bedroom in a beautiful and very spacious 3 bedroom apartment available for summer sublease from 15th May to 10th August. It is a very spacious room with a bed and two walk in closets one of which is really huge. The apartment has an enormous dining space, very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful patio that looks particularly welcoming over the summers. The apartment would be equipped with tv, free cable, and free high speed internet. Gas. water, trash and snow removal is all INCLUDED in the rent. There are two washrooms. Washer/dryer in the apartment unit. The apartment is right in the middle of 3 bus stops and so very easy for transportation. WALKING DISTANCE to UIOWA HOSPITALS, Kinnick Stadium and downtown ! Free parking space available. Lot of greenery to look out on from the patio. The other two bedrooms will have two excellent and friendly girls who may not be around most of the time.
